4. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shan Ming Yang Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made based on AI-extracted property data
• Loss of data or comparison lists
• Extension downtime, errors, or unavailability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Upon uninstallation, all locally stored comparison data will be deleted from your device.
